Hi! I’m Jordan

I work primarily with adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who feel uncertain about their next chapter… whether that shows up as anxiety, career dissatisfaction, burnout, or feeling disconnected from their confidence.

My approach to therapy is shaped by both my professional training and my own lived experiences with uncertainty and imposter syndrome. I value therapy that feels real — grounded in warmth, curiosity, humor, and honest conversation.

Smiling woman with long dark hair, wearing a striped blue and white shirt, beige pants, sitting on a yellow chair indoors with a large green plant behind her and a window with buildings outside.

I’m a Good Fit For Adults Who:

  • Are in their 20s, 30s, or 40s navigating anxiety, career uncertainty, or life transitions

  • Are thoughtful, self-aware, and open to reflection

  • Want therapy to feel collaborative, supportive, and genuine

I May Not Be the Best Fit if You’re Looking For:

  • A highly directive or strictly manualized approach to therapy

  • Short-term, skills-only treatment without space to explore emotional or relational patterns
