I use a blend of relational, mindfulness-based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered approaches. My treatment is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
I am formally trained in ACT and CBT approaches.

I offer in-person sessions at Mindful Mental Health Counseling in Bryant Park and virtual telehealth sessions through our secure online portal.

I am an out-of-network provider. While I do not directly accept insurance, I can provide documentation (a “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. To find out what coverage you may receive, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider and ask if they cover out-of-network therapy services.

Therapy with me is best suited for adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s navigating anxiety, career uncertainty, burnout, or major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning adults who feel stuck internally, even when life looks stable on the outside.

Many clients begin therapy simply knowing they want something to feel different. Don’t worry! You don’t need clarity to start, we figure that out together.

Great question! I understand how challenging it can be to find a therapist who feels like the right fit — not all therapists and clients are meant to be. I always encourage clients to use the consultation call to ask any questions they have and to be honest with themselves when selecting a new therapist.
